Ugarit Post – Local sources reported that, in the past hours, Russian military reinforcements arrived at Tabqa and Qamishli airports, as these reinforcements were described as the largest this year.
The reinforcements included two Su-24 planes and Fighters of the Wagner Group, in addition to 8 logistic trucks, weapons and ammunition that entered Tabqa Military Airport coming from Hmeimim Military Airport.
The sources pointed out that Fighters of the Wagner Group and a team specialized in maintaining the electronic jamming system installed by the Russian forces earlier this year also arrived at the airport.
In the context, the sources reported that 13 logistic trucks, 5 Russian armored vehicles, ammunition and medium and heavy weapons arrived at Qamishli Airport, pointing out that they took the M4 road under the protection of a Russian helicopter.
She explained that two Sukhoi planes landed at Qamishli Airport, to be added to the arsenal of the Russian Air Force in northeastern Syria.
